If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
Angle Ranks is a fantasy football tier board builder that allows users to create, save, and share player ranking graphics. The Service is provided by Dynasty Angle FF.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of any tier boards and content you create. By using the Service, you grant Dynasty Angle FF a license to display and store your content as necessary to provide the Service. Player data and statistics are sourced from third-party providers including Sleeper and FantasyCalc. Boards that are shared publicly may be visible to others through links or site features.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dynasty Angle FF does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that player data will be accurate or complete.
Dynasty Angle FF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, username) and information generated through your use of the Service (tier boards, player rankings, preferences).
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate your account, save your tier boards, and communicate with you about the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (database and authentication). Tier boards and player rankings you create are stored and associated with your account. Supabase and other third-party providers we use have their own privacy practices and security measures.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Sleeper API (player data and headshots), FantasyCalc (player market values), and ESPN (player headshot images). These services have their own privacy policies.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including use of Supabase's built-in authentication and database security. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You have the right to access and delete your personal information. To delete your account and all associated data (boards, player rankings, and account information), contact us at dynastyangleff@proton.me with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." You can also delete individual tier boards at any time from the My Boards page. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at dynastyangleff@proton.me.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Service.
