Wilson is out, Hall is returning, and the Week 9 board keeps moving. Quick PT takes with weekly, season long and dynasty decisions.

Ribu Thomas, PT, DPT
Friday, November 6, 2026. Updated about 3:45 PM CT after the Friday final injury reports. Bills Friday practice report included.
Garrett Wilson, Kyler Murray, Sam Darnold, AJ Brown, TreVeyon Henderson, DeVonta Smith and Jeremiyah Love are out. Cam Skattebo is doubtful. Make the lineup change now.
Breece Hall is returning. Saquon Barkley and Malik Nabers have no game status and are set to play. Emeka Egbuka has stacked full practices. Those are real steps forward.
Shedeur Sanders will start for Cleveland, so sit Deshaun Watson. Jordyn Tyson is questionable for his first game back; sit lean. Jake Ferguson got a limited Friday practice and is questionable; sit lean. Terrance Ferguson is out after straining his hamstring in Friday's practice; sit.
TreVeyon Henderson’s update is about his health and recovery. There is no football deadline here.

Start with the board. The words below separate official news from my lineup leans.
I follow the practice progression, the injury history and what the player has to do on the field. Full practice builds confidence. No practice usually keeps me cautious. The final report, activation and warmup can still change the call.
Weekly below is my lineup advice. Season long and dynasty are roster leans, with no league format or trade price assumed. IDP advice applies only to leagues using individual defenders.
Built on AngleRanks by Dynasty Angle and The Lab
Four of these five are out, and the fifth won't start Sunday 🏥

Garrett Wilson, Kyler Murray, Sam Darnold and Jeremiyah Love are all out for Week 9. Deshaun Watson is still in the concussion protocol, and Shedeur Sanders gets the start in Cleveland.
AJ Brown is now out too. Our… https://t.co/apDawMI9Q1 pic.twitter.com/B2YQeWMC3v
NYJ WR. Concussion. Ruled out Friday.

What changed: Our board leaned sit all week. Aaron Glenn has now ruled him out.
PT take: A concussion has individual checkpoints. I want team practice and independent clearance before discussing a return. Buffalo is the next game on the calendar; it is no promise.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Hold. Keep a replacement ready.
Dynasty: Hold. This report gives me no reason to sell his long term role.
Garrett Wilson is out for Week 9. Our board leaned sit all week. Here is the road looking to the Bills 👇@AdamSchefter: Jets ruled him out for Sunday vs the Chiefs due to his concussion. Aaron Glenn confirmed it. He did not practice with the team this week.

Wednesday we walked… https://t.co/r7Ox3lqqYy pic.twitter.com/lZeDg8G65T
MIN QB. Hamstring strain. Coach ruled him out for Monday.

What changed: We leaned play earlier in the week. Kevin O’Connell now calls it a strain and says Carson Wentz starts.
PT take: Acceleration and moving out of trouble load the hamstring. I want football speed before I move off sit. There is no verified return date.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Hold in Superflex. Carry another starter.
Dynasty: Hold. Separate the injury update from any opinion about his job.
SEA QB. Quad and ribs. Ruled out for Arizona.

What changed: The board moved to out after Mike Macdonald’s update. That stays.
PT take: The quad helps him brace and drive through a throw. Rib pain can make that harder. The muscle and grade have not been disclosed, so I am leaving the calendar open.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Hold in Superflex. Stream the open spot.
Dynasty: Hold. Reassess after he resumes practice.
ARI RB. High ankle sprain. On injured reserve.

What changed: Last week we were looking at a return. This week brought a high ankle sprain and IR.
PT take: Cutting twists the lower leg over a planted foot. That is a meaningful test for this injury. Ian Rapoport reported four to five weeks; I treat that as a reported estimate.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Stash on IR where possible.
Dynasty: Hold. A recovery window alone does not erase his value.
CLE QB. Concussion. Questionable in concussion protocol; Shedeur Sanders will start Sunday.

What changed: Our board leaned sit. The Browns have now named Shedeur Sanders the starter. Watson is questionable and still needs protocol clearance.
PT take: Friday practice is progress. He still needs completion of the protocol and independent clearance. A possible clearance would leave his backup role unresolved, so I would use the other quarterback.
Weekly: Sit. Shedeur Sanders is the announced starter.
Season long: Hold only where quarterback depth matters.
Dynasty: Hold in deeper Superflex. Do not buy on a clearance assumption.
NO WR. Hamstring. Questionable for Week 9; limited all three practices after IR window.

What changed: The filmed script leaned sit. Saints beat writers now list him questionable. Activation and role still need watching.
PT take: It is encouraging to see him back. Three limited sessions after a long hamstring absence still leave a full game as a big jump. I want sprinting, cutting and recovery between sessions before asking for heavy snaps.
Weekly: Sit lean for his first game back.
Season long: Stash if the bench allows it.
Dynasty: Hold. Give him room to build his NFL workload.
NE WR. Knee and ankle. Ruled out for Week 9 against Green Bay.

What changed: Our board and video leaned sit all week. Mike Vrabel has now ruled him out after another practice absence Friday. Last week we also moved to sit when the reps stopped.
PT take: The knee is keeping him out, with the ankle still listed after his high ankle sprain and IR stay. Known knee wear and tear adds context; the current tissue and severity remain undisclosed. I want swelling controlled and motion and strength ready, then sprinting, braking, cuts and a full team practice without more swelling or lost motion the next morning. One MRI study of 83 NFL high ankle injuries found a median 30 days to full participation. That ankle figure cannot date this knee recovery. The Lions in Munich on Nov 15 are the next checkpoint. Watch for a practice return, more work and then a full session he can recover from.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Hold. Keep a playable replacement ready while he builds back.
Dynasty: Hold. Follow how both joints handle repeated football work before changing his longer term value.
AJ Brown is out for Week 9. Our board leaned sit all week. Here is what has to change 👇
— Dr. Ribu Thomas PT, DPT (@Ribu18) November 6, 2026
Reporting via @MikeReiss: Brown will miss Sunday against Green Bay. Knee and ankle on the report. No practice Wednesday or Thursday, absent Friday too.
Last week we moved to sit when the… https://t.co/xh3lVjXQz3 pic.twitter.com/XPJkD9TXzM
LAR TE. Ankle and hamstring. Ruled out Sunday after a hamstring strain at Friday practice.

What changed: Sean McVay said Friday morning he would play. Then the Rams' final report added a hamstring and ruled him out. He strained it in Friday's practice, two days before his first game back from the ankle.
PT take: This is the classic first week back trap. The ankle held up, then the hamstring took the hit once the speed work ramped up. A fresh hamstring strain needs to show he can sprint at full speed again before I trust him, so I'm not rushing him back into lineups.
Weekly: Sit. He's out. Tyler Higbee is the Rams tight end to use if you need one.
Season long: Stash only if you have bench room. Two injuries in a row push his breakout further down the road.
Dynasty: Hold. Let the return establish his role.
NE RB. Unexplained neurological symptoms. Ruled out for Week 9; recovering after hospitalization with no return timetable.

What changed: Our morning board still used illness. His own statement changes the entire conversation. Mike Vrabel has now ruled him out against Green Bay.
PT take: He says strength, coordination and physical function have been affected. Reassuring testing is welcome. The cause remains unknown, and I will not attach a diagnosis or football deadline. Praying for him.
Weekly: Keep out of the lineup.
Season long: Hold if roster space allows. Make a separate plan for the position.
Dynasty: Hold. Give the recovery room before making a medical value judgment.
Praying for TreVeyon. Several days in the hospital with unexplained neurological symptoms. Testing was reassuring, cause still unknown. When that hits strength and coordination, PTs rebuild those skills piece by piece. Football can wait. We will update when we hear more 🙏 https://t.co/F1uuwz12Kb
— Dr. Ribu Thomas PT, DPT (@Ribu18) November 6, 2026
NYJ RB. Quad. Aaron Glenn says he will play.

What changed: Wednesday we wanted a full practice. He got it Thursday, and Glenn confirmed the return Friday.
PT take: That is the progression I wanted. The next question is how much work he handles. Glenn says both backs will play, so I am leaving room for a shared workload.
Weekly: Start as an RB2 with workload caution.
Season long: Hold. Watch the work he earns back.
Dynasty: Hold. A gradual return is a sensible recovery step.
🔄 Moving toward play
— Dr. Ribu Thomas PT, DPT (@Ribu18) November 6, 2026
Emeka Egbuka: foot, full Thursday ✅ LEAN PLAY
Breece Hall: quad, full Thursday ✅ PLAY
Matthew Stafford: elbow, full all week ✅ PLAY
Jaylen Waddle: chest, full all week ✅ PLAY
📋 Wednesday we said Breece needed a full session. He got it pic.twitter.com/WSrKRTEqbn
PHI RB. Hamstring and back. Limited again Friday; no game status, set to play the Giants.

What changed: The board stayed play. He was limited again Friday, and the Eagles gave him no game status.
PT take: I am comfortable starting him. A return to practice helps, but the recent managed workload means I would avoid assuming every snap belongs to him.
Weekly: Start.
Season long: Hold. Keep a usable reserve.
Dynasty: Hold. This week’s practice pattern alone does not set his future value.
SF RB. Hamstring. Good to go against the Raiders.

What changed: Our lean stays start. Adam Schefter and Nick Wagoner of ESPN confirm he returns Sunday.
PT take: The test is hard acceleration. Watch his first few bursts through the hole. If he hits top speed early, he trusts that hamstring.
Weekly: Start.
Season long: Hold. Have a late replacement available.
Dynasty: Hold. Avoid a trade driven only by this practice tag.
NYG WR. Knee. Practiced Friday; no game status, good to go.

What changed: We added him with a play lean. He practiced Friday after Thursday’s absence, and the Giants gave him no game status, per Art Stapleton.
PT take: Practice returning makes me more comfortable. I am not naming a damaged structure from a knee listing. No game status lines up with the play lean.
Weekly: Start.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. No verified structural diagnosis here changes the long view.
TB WR. Foot. Questionable; full Thursday and Friday.

What changed: We moved from sit toward play when Thursday went full. Friday stacked another full session.
PT take: Repeated full practice gives me more confidence than a reassuring quote. Sunday night timing still calls for a backup who plays late.
Weekly: Start lean. Keep a late pivot.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. Full sessions are a positive step toward normal work.
PHI WR. Hamstring. Ruled out for the Giants.

What changed: Our sit lean was right. The Eagles listed him out Friday.
PT take: This has been a recurring problem. I want him stacking football work before trusting the next return. One optimistic update would leave my lineup plan unchanged.
Weekly: Sit. He is out.
Season long: Hold if you can carry the absence.
Dynasty: Hold. Price in the repeated interruptions without inventing permanent damage.
SF WR. Hamstring. John Lynch says unlikely to play; not seen at Friday practice.

What changed: The board leaned sit. Lynch’s update supports keeping the replacement ready.
PT take: Sprinting and sudden direction changes make a return demanding. No practice through Thursday gives me little reason to push for this game.
Weekly: Sit lean.
Season long: Hold if bench space allows.
Dynasty: Hold. I need a confirmed recovery trend before changing value.
SF WR. Achilles tendinitis. Out Sunday, his second straight missed game.

What changed: Adam Schefter confirms he misses a second straight game. The 49ers are calling it Achilles tendinitis.
PT take: Tendinitis means an irritated tendon. It settles when the load is managed, then it has to handle sprinting and cutting again before he's back.
Weekly: Sit. He's out.
Season long: Hold if your bench can carry it.
Dynasty: Hold. Avoid assigning a new diagnosis to the listing.
NYG RB. Hamstring. Doubtful for Sunday.

What changed: We added him as a sit lean. The Giants now list him doubtful, which backs it up.
PT take: Running backs need repeated bursts and hard stops. Doubtful usually means he sits, so I am planning around another option.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Hold. Keep the replacement ready.
Dynasty: Hold. There is no verified grade to price into a trade.
DAL TE. Low ankle sprain. Missed Wednesday and Thursday; limited Friday; questionable for the Colts.

What changed: The board moved from play toward sit. He got back on the field Friday in a limited role and is questionable, per Tommy Yarrish of the Cowboys.
PT take: A low ankle sprain still has to tolerate blocking and a hard plant. One limited session after two missed days is a start, so I want him active and moving well in warmups before moving him back up.
Weekly: Sit lean. Move him up only if he is active and you lack a safer tight end.
Season long: Hold. Carry a second tight end this week.
Dynasty: Hold. A single ankle episode gives little basis for a long term downgrade.
NE TE. Foot. Returned to practice Friday; questionable against Green Bay.

What changed: The board moved to sit after consecutive missed sessions. He was limited Friday and is officially questionable, per Mike Reiss.
PT take: A practice return is encouraging. The foot still has to handle repeated push off and contact. Limited Friday plus the game day check will help judge his workload. Keep a backup ready.
Weekly: Sit lean.
Season long: Hold if you have room. Otherwise stream the position.
Dynasty: Hold in deeper formats. No verified tissue detail supports a medical sell.
HOU RB. Groin. DeMeco Ryans says out for Sunday.

What changed: Added to Friday’s board as out. Jonathan M. Alexander reported Ryans’ decision Wednesday.
PT take: A groin injury has to tolerate cutting and changing stride. Progress in rehab can coexist with needing another game off.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Hold if you can cover the open week.
Dynasty: Hold. No specific return date is established.
GB WR. Rib fracture. Limited all week; no game status, set to play.

What changed: Our play lean stays. The Packers gave him no game status, per Matt Schneidman.
PT take: Breathing, reaching and contact can all provoke rib pain. Practicing helps the availability case. I would still check whether pain is affecting his route workload.
Weekly: Start lean.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. This report alone does not change his long term role.
SEA RB. ACL return. Not listed on Thursday’s report.

What changed: The board stays play. He has already made his return to game action.
PT take: I separate medical availability from a fantasy workload. Being off the report is encouraging, and I still want the carries to justify a lineup spot.
Weekly: Flex only if his role fits your alternatives.
Season long: Hold. Watch his workload build.
Dynasty: Hold. Game work is the next useful checkpoint.
BUF WR. Hamstring. Did not practice Thursday or Friday.

What changed: The board moved toward sit after Buffalo’s first practice report. A second missed day Friday firms it up.
PT take: Two straight missed days on a hamstring tell me he is not ready for full speed work. Solve the lineup before Sunday.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Bench. Shallow leagues can use the spot for an active player.
Dynasty: Hold in deeper leagues. Wait for the practice response.
CHI RB. Toe and thumb. Did not practice Wednesday or Thursday; questionable for Sunday.

What changed: The board’s sit lean stays. Coach Ben Johnson says he is getting better, and the toe has still been tricky. No practice upgrade yet.
PT take: The toe helps him push off and redirect. The thumb adds a ball security demand. I want a practice upgrade before I use the roster spot in a lineup.
Weekly: Sit lean.
Season long: Stash only where bench depth allows it.
Dynasty: Hold. Give the return a chance to establish his role.
Quick checks for the rest of this week’s boards, plus ten more names worth checking. Thursday’s results are included so old leans do not linger.
LAR QB. Right elbow. Full all week; still listed, full go.

What changed: Our lean moved to play with consecutive full sessions.
PT take: Full throwing work is encouraging. I will watch for any new restriction.
Weekly: Start in Superflex.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. No new medical reason to sell.
DET WR. Ribs. Limited all week; questionable.
What changed: Same play lean as the board.

PT take: Contact tolerance matters. Another limited session alone does not make me bench him.
Weekly: Start.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. No verified long term change.
DAL WR. Hamstring. Limited Friday; questionable.
What changed: The board stayed play. He was limited again Friday and is questionable, per Derek Eagleton.

PT take: I want the sprint workload to hold up. A full game load remains separate from availability.
Weekly: Start lean.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. Follow practice rather than guessing a grade.
ARI WR. Ribs. Limited through Thursday; questionable.
What changed: The board’s play lean stays.

PT take: Rib pain can affect reaching and absorbing contact. Practicing through it all week supports playing.
Weekly: Start lean.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. No new structural claim from this practice tag.
BUF WR. Shoulder. Limited Thursday and Friday in a red non contact jersey.
What changed: The board stayed play after his return last week.

PT take: Repeated contact is the next test for the shoulder. The non contact jersey keeps him at a start lean.
Weekly: Start lean.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. Reassess if the practice trend worsens.
DEN WR. Chest. Full Wednesday and Thursday.
What changed: Our lean moved to play with full practice.

PT take: Repeated full work gives me more confidence in contact tolerance.
Weekly: Start.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. Practice is moving positively.
BUF TE. Chest. Full practice Friday; out of the red non contact jersey.
What changed: Same play lean as the board.

PT take: Moving from limited to full and dropping the non contact jersey is the progression I wanted.
Weekly: Start.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. No new diagnosis changes the long view.
IND TE. Recent groin injury. Not on Thursday’s report.
What changed: The board stayed play after his return.

PT take: Being off the report supports availability. I will watch for a new practice limitation.
Weekly: Start.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. The return is progressing.
BAL QB. Right thumb. Placed on IR Thursday; Week 9 already played.
What changed: Our board had him out. IR is now official.

PT take: The throwing hand has to tolerate grip and release. I will not promise a date before the treatment plan is clear.
Weekly: Week 9 closed.
Season long: Stash if an IR spot permits.
Dynasty: Hold. Avoid a rushed sale on an uncertain recovery calendar.
BAL QB. Toe. Placed on IR Thursday; Week 9 already played.
What changed: Our board had him out. The IR move is official.

PT take: The toe takes load during push off. Return timing needs a verified treatment update.
Weekly: Week 9 closed.
Season long: Drop in shallow formats if the spot is needed.
Dynasty: Hold only in very deep Superflex.
BAL QB. Ankle. Started Thursday; Week 9 closed.
What changed: We leaned play after full practice. He started. Baltimore has since acquired Jacoby Brissett.

PT take: The ankle cleared the availability checkpoint. His next fantasy question is the job.
Weekly: Week 9 closed.
Season long: Drop in shallow leagues after the trade.
Dynasty: Deep reserve only. The starting path has changed.
JAX RB. Ankle and foot. Active Thursday; Week 9 closed.
What changed: Our board leaned sit after no practice. Pregame testing went well enough for him to be active. That updates the lean.

PT take: A practice based lean is fallible. I want the response after game load before Week 10.
Weekly: Week 9 closed.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. Follow the recovery after Thursday’s load.
JAX WR. Hamstring and ankle. Played Thursday; Week 9 closed.
What changed: We leaned play with no game designation. He played.

PT take: Next week’s practice will show how he recovered from that load.
Weekly: Week 9 closed.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. No fresh medical downgrade from this result.
ARI RB. Concussion. Mike LaFleur ruled him out Friday.
What changed: Added here after Friday’s coach update.

PT take: He needs the concussion protocol completed. I am leaving next week open.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Hold only where the bench is deep.
Dynasty: Hold in deeper formats. Wait for clearance.
ATL RB. Hamstring. Ruled out for Sunday.
What changed: Added after the Friday designation.

PT take: Limited practice did not become game clearance. Keep the lineup replacement.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Bench. Cut only if an active replacement is more useful.
Dynasty: Hold in deeper formats.
ATL WR. Hamstring. Ruled out for Sunday.
What changed: Added to cover another confirmed absence.

PT take: Sprinting remains the key football demand. No verified return date here.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Bench where space permits.
Dynasty: Hold. Do not turn one absence into a career forecast.
KC WR. Hamstring and knee. Full Thursday.
What changed: Added after a full session Thursday.

PT take: The practice upgrade supports returning to normal work.
Weekly: Start.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. Full work is encouraging.
KC TE. Ankle. Full Thursday.
What changed: Added after Thursday’s upgrade.

PT take: Blocking and cutting load the ankle differently. Full practice supports availability.
Weekly: Start.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. Age and price need a separate discussion.
KC QB. Knee. Full Thursday.
What changed: Added as a reassurance check.

PT take: Full football work supports the start. No need to invent a tissue diagnosis.
Weekly: Start.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. No new medical downgrade here.
TB QB. Right thumb. Full Thursday.
What changed: Added after full throwing work.

PT take: Grip and release are the useful checks for a throwing thumb. Full participation is encouraging.
Weekly: Start in Superflex.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. Track function as he keeps playing.
CAR QB. Ankle. Full Wednesday and Thursday.
What changed: Added after consecutive full sessions.

PT take: Repeated football work is the progression I want. Check for a new setback.
Weekly: Superflex option.
Season long: Hold in Superflex.
Dynasty: Hold. Practice is moving positively.
WAS QB. Left elbow. Full Thursday.
What changed: Added after a full session.

PT take: The reported side and full workload are useful. I am not inferring a new structural injury.
Weekly: Start.
Season long: Hold.
Dynasty: Hold. No verified medical reason to sell.
LAC TE. Fibula. Doubtful for Sunday.
What changed: Added as a return to practice watch.

PT take: Practice is progress. Activation and a football workload still need confirmation.
Weekly: Sit.
Season long: Stash if you need a tight end.
Dynasty: Hold. Let the return establish his role.
Keep these decisions separate from picking a team defense. A returning defender alone does not establish a fantasy matchup advantage.
LAR DE. Knee. Will play Sunday; activation from IR expected.

What changed: Our morning board leaned sit. Garafolo and Rapoport had him on track. Nate Atkins and Michael Duarte now say he will play against Washington.
PT take: Knee surgery put him on IR. A full week of practice plus a clear play expectation is the progression I wanted. Confirm the roster move before locking an IDP spot.
Weekly: IDP start if activated and active.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
DET S. Knee. Ruled out for this week.

What changed: The board’s out call stays.
PT take: Practice can rebuild confidence while the team holds game clearance.
Weekly: Sit in IDP.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
DET LB. Neck. Recovery ongoing; no football timeline.
What changed: The board listed out. The encouraging public update is lower body movement returning.

PT take: I am keeping this about recovery and support. No new guide or return projection here.
Weekly: Keep out of IDP lineups.
Season long: Hold in deeper leagues.
Dynasty: Hold without a medical value forecast. Praying for him.
TB LB. Knee. Ruled out for Week 9.
What changed: Our board leaned sit. The latest report makes it an absence.

PT take: The knee needs to tolerate planting and contact before a return.
Weekly: Sit in IDP.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
DEN S. Hamstring. Ruled out for Carolina.
What changed: Our sit lean holds. The Broncos ruled him out Friday.

PT take: A recurring hamstring problem calls for repeated football work before trust.
Weekly: IDP sit. He is out.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
DAL CB. Ankle. Full Wednesday, then limited Thursday and Friday; questionable.
What changed: The board leaned play with lower confidence. A second limited day and a questionable tag keep it that way.

PT take: A drop in workload deserves a check of the final report.
Weekly: IDP start lean.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
CIN CB. Heel. Removed from Friday report; will play.
What changed: The board leaned play. Friday’s report confirms availability.

PT take: Full practice followed by no designation is the progression we wanted.
Weekly: Use in IDP only if his usual role fits.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
SF DE. Knee and calf. Returns Sunday against the Raiders.
What changed: Adam Schefter and Nick Wagoner of ESPN confirm he returns Sunday, his first healthy game since Week 2.

PT take: Practicing Friday and an expected return line up with the play lean.
Weekly: IDP start.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
LAR CB. Back. Questionable after missing all three practices.
What changed: The board’s sit lean stays.

PT take: No disclosed diagnosis means no made up recovery date. Zero practices all week keep me out.
Weekly: IDP sit.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
LAC S. Hamstring. On injured reserve.
What changed: Same out status as the board.

PT take: Return work and activation need to come before lineup plans.
Weekly: Sit in IDP.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
KC CB. Knee. On injured reserve.
What changed: Same out status as the board.

PT take: I need a verified practice and activation update before revisiting.
Weekly: Sit in IDP.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
WAS DT. Knee. On injured reserve.
What changed: The board’s out status stays.

PT take: Rehab progress needs a team update before any return discussion.
Weekly: Sit in IDP.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
WAS DT. Foot. On injured reserve.
What changed: Same out status as the board.

PT take: No new practice or clearance update to move the call.
Weekly: Sit in IDP.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
JAX DE. Ribs. Active Thursday; Week 9 closed.
What changed: We leaned play. He was active Thursday.

PT take: Next practice will help show the response to contact.
Weekly: Week 9 closed.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
JAX DT. Quad. On injured reserve.
What changed: The board’s out call stays. IR is confirmed.

PT take: The team needs to establish the rehab path before return talk.
Weekly: Sit in IDP.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
JAX S. Elbow. On injured reserve.
What changed: Same out call as the board. IR is confirmed.

PT take: No new football clearance to move the decision.
Weekly: Sit in IDP.
Season long: Hold in deep IDP if roster space allows.
Dynasty: Hold in IDP. No speculative medical downgrade.
Every player above has a lean. Use it. Buffalo and Minnesota play Monday, so keep a replacement in the same or a later kickoff window for those names.
A player can be active and still be a poor fit for your lineup. I want the workload to make sense too.
I will keep the board moving when the information changes.

I cover how the injury happened, what the tissue needs to heal, what a realistic return looks like, and what it means for your lineup. Every week I host The Injury Desk here on AngleRanks. This is injury analysis for fantasy, not medical advice.
