Everything you need in one snapshot, so you donโt have to spend your night searching for it yourself. My mission is simple: make your life easier and leave the hard work to me. Now enjoy!
๐ฆฌ Buffalo Bills
- Ty Johnson continues to carve out a defined passing-down role behind James Cook after delivering several important third-down conversions. (Matthew Bovรฉ)
๐ New England Patriots
- ๐ Drake Maye repeatedly declined to say whether his throwing shoulder feels physically 100% the same as it did before last postseason's injury. When specifically asked about lingering strength, velocity, range of motion or whether he is managing the shoulder daily, Maye redirected toward execution, preparing for the upcoming week and the normal soreness players manage after games. (Rich Kent)
๐ Houston Texans
- Houston signed RB Dare Ogunbowale from the Raidersโ practice squad. (Ian Rapoport)
- ๐ HC DeMeco Ryans said Houston is open to leaning more heavily on the passing game, a potentially meaningful volume development for the Texansโ receiving options when Nico Collins returns.
โ๏ธ Tennessee Titans
- HC Robert Saleh gave a firm โnoโ when asked whether Tennessee is considering benching Cam Ward. Ward remains the starting quarterback.
- Terry McCormick believes Cam Ward has reached an important point in his development, noting that Ward hasn't been solely responsible for Tennessee's problems but hasn't always been part of the solution either. McCormick identified Ward's adaptation to Brian Daboll's offense and improved consistency as areas to monitor. (Terry McCormick)
- Tennessee signed RB Michael Carter to the active roster.

Cincinnati Bengals
- Cincinnati signed WR Mitch Tinsley from Houstonโs practice squad to its active roster. Tinsley previously spent training camp with the Bengals. (Adam Schefter)
๐ก Pittsburgh Steelers
- ๐จ Rico Dowdle remained sidelined Tuesday with his toe injury, marking his second consecutive nonparticipation.
- Jaylen Warren would be positioned for another massive workload if Dowdle can't return. Warren handled a 91.3% opportunity share in Week 3.
- CB Jalen Ramsey revealed that he has a broken wrist, although he hasn't ruled out playing against Cleveland. His availability could have implications for the Browns' passing-game matchup.
โ ๏ธ Las Vegas Raiders
- Jack Bech was officially placed on injured reserve after fracturing his forearm. Las Vegas signed Cody White to the active roster, waived Justin Shorter and added Phillip Dorsett to the practice squad. (Adam Schefter, Sam Warren)
- The Raiders aren't looking to rush rookie QB Fernando Mendoza onto the field amid their strong start. (Ian Rapoport)
- ๐ Mike Washington Jr. has earned himself more work. OC Klint Kubiak said Washington made a major impact in Week 3 and has โdefinitely earned more opportunities.โ Washington handled an 18.5% opportunity share behind Ashton Jeanty. (Klint Kubiak via Jesse Merrick)
๐๏ธ Denver Broncos
- Jaylen Waddle is reportedly โfineโ despite being spotted wearing a walking boot Sunday night. The boot appears to be precautionary after Waddle played the entire game without an obvious issue. (Sam Jane)
- Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT noted that if Waddle is dealing with a mild ankle sprain, it could potentially be something he plays through. (Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT)
๐ฝ New York Giants
- The Giants signed veteran WR Braxton Berrios to the active roster. (Adam Schefter)
- New York also parted ways with Odell Beckham Jr. after three games.
- ๐ Newly acquired QB J.J. McCarthy could enter the picture quickly. Connor Hughes reported that McCarthy could play in the near future, while Ian Rapoport said he wouldn't be surprised if McCarthy becomes the starter relatively soon. (Connor Hughes, Ian Rapoport)

Philadelphia Eagles
- Jalen Hurts was evaluated for a concussion Monday night and cleared to return. (Adam Schefter)
- Saquon Barkley has yet to score a touchdown and has only three receptions for six yards through three games. The lack of early receiving and scoring production is worth monitoring despite his rushing efficiency.
- Saquon Barkley's underlying workload remains massive despite the disappointing fantasy results. Barkley handled an 85% opportunity share, both Eagles RB attempts inside the 10 and all three carries inside the five.
- Barkley was also wearing a neck roll/brace during the game. No diagnosis or reported injury was provided in the material, so this is simply something to monitor.
- Will Shipley dominated the passing-down work behind Barkley, handling 62.5% of RB third-down snaps and 50% of the two-minute work. Tank Bigsby remained the more early-down-oriented complement.
- DeVonta Smith ran a route on 100% of Philadelphia's dropbacks, while Dontayvion Wicks reached 90.3% and Makai Lemon 87.1%.
- ๐ Zach Ertz did not immediately return to a full-time role. Ertz posted a 41.9% route share compared with 38.7% for Johnny Mundt, indicating Philadelphia maintained a significant TE rotation in his return.
๐ช Washington Commanders
- Jayden Daniels, Chig Okonkwo and Frankie Luvu are traveling with Washington to London. (Adam Schefter)
- However, a separate report indicated Daniels is unlikely to play in Week 4 and will eventually require elbow surgery. His presence on the trip does not establish that he'll be active.
- Starting G Sam Cosmi will NOT travel and has been ruled out because of concussion/throat issues, another negative development for Washington's offensive line.
๐ป Chicago Bears
- HC Ben Johnson did not commit to a Week 4 starting quarterback, although he reiterated that Tyson Bagent finished training camp as Chicago's No. 2 QB.
- ๐ Chicago dramatically shortened its passing game in Week 3, dropping its average time to throw from 3.5 and 3.8 seconds over the first two weeks to 2.3 seconds. The quicker approach could particularly benefit Luther Burden, who has frequently been the first read.
- ๐ฅ D'Andre Swift handled a 69.7% opportunity share against Philadelphia with a 57.1% route share. He received five of Chicago's six RB attempts inside the 10, all three carries inside the five and 100% of the two-minute RB snaps.
- ๐ Luther Burden III continues to demand targets when he's on the field. He ran a route on 77.1% of dropbacks and posted a massive 0.407 targets per route run, 2.26 yards per route run and 55.6% slot rate.
- Rome Odunze remained Chicago's primary downfield option, running a route on 88.6% of dropbacks with a 15.7-yard aDOT.
- ๐ Colston Loveland appears to have separated from Cole Kmet in the passing-game rotation. Loveland posted a 74.3% route share compared with just 37.1% for Kmet.
- Kalif Raymond remained heavily involved, posting a 74.3% route share, 0.231 TPRR and 3.46 YPRR.
- Kalif Raymond continued producing, following receiving lines of 8/84 and 5/40 with 6 catches for 90 yards and a TD in Week 3. His continued involvement strengthens his fantasy relevance.
๐ง Green Bay Packers
- Green Bay hosted veteran G Kevin Zeitler for a visit as the Packers continue searching for help along their offensive line.
- ๐ Matthew Golden's underlying fantasy outlook is creating some disagreement. Several expected-fantasy-points models value him as a WR2 or better, while a role-based evaluation places him closer to WR3 territory because of Green Bay's pass rate and pace.
๐ฃ Minnesota Vikings
- HC Kevin O'Connell described Aaron Jones as Minnesota's lead back, but acknowledged that the Vikings are deliberately managing his workload with other backs because of how much they're asking Jones to handle.
- Minnesota signed QB Max Brosmer to the active roster, placed TE Josh Oliver on injured reserve and released RBs Jerome Ford and Jaret Patterson.
- RB Devin Neal is signing with the Vikings. (Schultz)
๐ดโโ ๏ธ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- ๐จ Jalen McMillan is headed to injured reserve with his PCL sprain. The injury carries an initial 6โ8 week recovery timetable.
- Jalon Daniels is taking over as Tampa Bay's starting quarterback while Baker Mayfield recovers from his dislocated thumb. (Ian Rapoport)
โ๏ธ New Orleans Saints
- With Travis Etienne Jr. expected to miss time, New Orleans may have additional reason to lean on the passing game. The Saints' tight ends are coming off increased production, potentially creating additional opportunities for Juwan Johnson, Noah Fant and Chris Olave. (John Sigler/Jeremy Trottier)
๐ San Francisco 49ers
- San Francisco is signing veteran WR Dante Pettis as the 49ers deal with mounting injuries at receiver.
๐ Jacksonville Jaguars
- ๐จ Brian Thomas Jr.'s playing time has become a legitimate concern. Thomas reportedly lost snaps to Josh Cameron because Cameron is the stronger blocker, providing important context for BTJ's uneven early-season usage.
- ๐จ Brian Thomas Jr.'s Week 3 usage adds to a longer-term trend worth monitoring. John Shipley noted that Thomas averaged approximately 6.85 targets per game over his first seven games last season before falling to 5.14 over his final seven, with his lack of involvement in Week 3 extending beyond simply a low target total. (John Shipley)
โ๏ธ New York Jets
- With Breece Hall week-to-week because of his quadriceps injury, Braelon Allen is positioned for a substantially larger workload in the Jets' backfield.
