πΉ Kansas City Chiefs
- Tyquan Thornton was carted off with a serious ankle injury after exploding for 111 yards and two touchdowns. Ian Rapoport and Adam Schefter reported the injury; Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT believed the video showed an ankle dislocation, though that diagnosis was not team-confirmed.
- Rashee Rice left with a hamstring injury after pulling up during the game. He went from questionable to doubtful, with James Palmer, Levi Edwards, Schefter and Rapoport among the captured sources.
- Kenneth Walker III continues to absolutely roll: 20 carries for 175 yards and two touchdowns, including a 77-yard run. He's already scored six times through four weeks after scoring five all of last regular season.
π¦ββ¬ Baltimore Ravens
- π¨ Lamar Jackson left with an ankle injury and did not return, with Tyler Huntley taking over. Jackson was later seen in a protective boot, while Ian Rapoport described him as day-to-day. Mueller expressed concern about a possible high-ankle/deltoid injury and missed time, but that remains medical interpretation rather than a confirmed diagnosis. (Jeff Zrebiec; Ian Rapoport)
- Zay Flowers entered without an expected hard pitch count and looked plenty healthy, exploding for six catches, 119 yards and a touchdown in the first half. He briefly limped off later but returned after only a couple of snaps. (Jeremy Fowler; Jay Glazer; Jamison Hensley)
π
Cincinnati Bengals
- π¨ Ja'Marr Chase was ruled out with a concussion after going from the medical tent to the locker room. (Bengals; Charlie Goldsmith; Adam Schefter; Ian Rapoport)
- Tee Higgins returned after an earlier trip to the medical tent but couldn't finish the game because of an adductor injury. Before leaving, Higgins commanded 16 targets and finished with 11 catches for 157 yards. Mueller suggested a possible 2β3 week absence depending on severity, but there is no confirmed timetable yet. (Joe Danneman; Ben Baby)
- Cincinnati's answer to its struggling running game apparently continues to be throwing: 54 pass attempts compared with 15 rushes, with Joe Burrow essentially saying afterward that the solution is to throw more. (Ayden Crowley)
𦬠Buffalo Bills
- π¨ DJ Moore left with a shoulder injury, went to the medical tent and locker room and was eventually downgraded from questionable to doubtful. Mueller noted it wasn't clear whether Moore aggravated his previous AC injury, so don't assume that's the diagnosis yet. (Katherine Fitzgerald; Andy Young; Bills PR; Adam Schefter)
- π Keon Coleman stepped up with Moore sidelined, reaching six catches for 115 yards and a touchdown.
- Joe Brady acknowledged that two targets for Dalton Kincaid isn't enough and said Buffalo needs to get the ball in his hands more. Kincaid has gone from 12/225/1 over the first two weeks to just three catches for 45 yards over the last two.
π New England Patriots
- Mack Hollins was listed questionable to return with a calf injury. (Patriots)
- π Efton Chism III made a ridiculous one-handed go-ahead catch after being elevated for the game. Whether that translates into a larger role going forward remains unknown.
- A.J. Brown is hoping to return in Week 6, according to Mike Garafolo. That's a target rather than a guaranteed return date.
βοΈ New York Jets
- Geno Smith was injured but attempted to remain in the game. Mueller observed pain after a throw and suspected a right-wrist issue, but there was no confirmed diagnosis in today's capture. (Connor Hughes)
- Kenyon Sadiq was active with no limitations despite his back injury, although that didn't translate into a reception. (Jets; Jay Glazer)
- With Breece Hall out, Braelon Allen accounted for all Jets RB touches.
π» Chicago Bears
- π₯ Kyle Monangai completely took over after D'Andre Swift's third-quarter fumble, eventually reaching 27 carries for 137 yards and two touchdowns. Ben Johnson said Monangai's hard running made him want to keep feeding him. (Courtney Cronin; Kevin Fishbain)
- However, Monangai also suffered a thumb injury, giving us another situation to monitor this week.
- Swift did not receive another touch after the fumble. Whether that was purely a benching or his knee became an issue again was not resolved.
- And no, Case Keenum didn't actually steal Tyson Bagent's job. Keenum's opening snap was ceremonial, with Johnson describing it as a symbolic passing of the torch before Bagent took over on the next play. (Chris Emma; Adam Jahns)
- π Colston Loveland drew nine targets.
π§ Green Bay Packers
- Chris Brooks suffered an ankle injury, opening additional opportunities for Kaleb Johnson after it initially appeared he was being squeezed out of the backfield. Johnson later fumbled inside the five.
- MarShawn Lloyd flashed his athleticism, including a hurdle.
- Kevin Zeitler was viewed as a potential upgrade at right guard, while the broader analysis remained concerned about Green Bay's ability to generate movement in the running game. (Rob Demovsky)
π£ Minnesota Vikings
- π Justin Jefferson made "great progress" with his ankle this week, according to Kevin O'Connell, although he stopped short of projecting Jefferson's Week 5 availability. (Matthew Coller)
- π₯ T.J. Hockenson erupted for 13 catches and 119 yards, even intentionally going down at the one-yard line late to help Minnesota secure the win.
π¬ Miami Dolphins
- π Ollie Gordon made a statement in the Miami backfield. Through three quarters, Gordon had 10 touches for 98 yards compared with Jaylen Wright's five touches for seven yards. Gordon had eight carries for 98 yards and a touchdown at that point.
- Malik Willis found Chris Bell for what appeared to be a touchdown, but illegal touching wiped it off the board.
π Indianapolis Colts
- Jonathan Taylor still controlled 72% of the backfield opportunities, ran routes on 54% of dropbacks and handled 67% of the carries inside the 10.
- π But Seth McGowan continues to look like a legitimate handcuff. He handled 28% of opportunities, 33% of the inside-the-10 work and 30% of two-minute snaps. Taylor briefly sat out a drive but was later seen on the sideline with his helmet and no apparent injury.
- Josh Downs briefly left after grabbing his back but returned. He ran a route on 95% of dropbacks but posted just an 8.6% TPRR and 0.3-yard aDOT.
- Ashton Dulin left in the third quarter and did not return. The cause wasn't established.
- Laquon Treadwell ran routes on 97% of dropbacks, while Tyler Warren posted an 84% route share. With Keenan Allen and Darius Slayton inactive, that's meaningful deployment information.
πͺ Washington Commanders
- π¨ Marcus Mariota aggravated his preseason MCL injury, was ruled out and was replaced by Athan Kaliakmanis, who played the final 51 snaps. (Molly McGrath; Ian Rapoport; Adam Schefter)
- π Mariota is expected to miss some time, while Jay Glazer reported that Washington plans for Jayden Daniels to start Week 5. Dan Quinn's goal is to get Daniels through a full week of practice, so his return still isn't guaranteed.
- Terry McLaurin was inactive after the late-week hamstring injury despite pushing to play. (Ian Rapoport; Adam Schefter; Dan Quinn via Tashan Reed)
- With Rachaad White out, Jacory Croskey-Merritt led the backfield with 54% of opportunities, but his usage wasn't as dominant as anticipated. Austin Ekeler handled 25%, while Kaytron Allen received the lone inside-the-10 carry and 40% of two-minute snaps.
- π Antonio Williams quietly ran a route on 73% of dropbacks with a 23.3% TPRR, including a big play that was called back. Stefon Diggs was at 76%/25.8%.
- Treylon Burks ran routes on 61% of dropbacks and scored a deep touchdown. Dyami Brown was at 54% with a massive 24.8-yard aDOT.
- Chig Okonkwo: 61% route share and 12% TPRR as he continues working back.
- Jaylin Lane underwent a concussion evaluation and was later carted off. Mueller was concerned about a possible ankle fracture/dislocation, but that diagnosis was not confirmed.
π Houston Texans
- π₯ Welcome back, Nico Collins. His first drive produced two catches for 52 yards and a touchdown, and he eventually reached five catches for 97 yards and two scores.
- π Woody Marks received high-leverage work near the goal line and scored. That's an important backfield development to carry into Week 5.
βοΈ Tennessee Titans
- π Carnell Tate commanded a ridiculous 42.8% target share and 70.2% air-yard share, producing 145 receiving yards and +6.7 EPA. The usage continues to demand attention. (Marvin Elequin)

π Jacksonville Jaguars
- Parker Washington had only two targets and no catches through three quarters.
- Brian Thomas Jr. found the end zone.
- π Bhayshul Tuten broke a 44-yard touchdown run that was erased by holding. It doesn't count in the box score, but the explosiveness absolutely matters for evaluating him.
β οΈ Las Vegas Raiders
- Ashton Jeanty left with trainers but returned to the game. Mueller raised concern about his right ankle/knee following the awkward tackle, but his return is the important confirmed development.
- π¨ Jalen Nailor entered concussion evaluation and was eventually ruled out. (Ryan McFadden)
- Brock Bowers was added to the injury report with an illness on top of his knee issue but played and delivered six catches for 86 yards and a touchdown. (Paul Gutierrez; Adam Schefter)
ποΈ Denver Broncos
- π¨ Pat Bryant was carted off with a leg injury. (Adam Schefter) Mueller was concerned about a possible high-ankle injury after seeing his foot pinned, but that's not yet a confirmed diagnosis.
- π Jaylen Waddle scored his first touchdown as a Bronco.
β‘ Los Angeles Chargers
- π¨ Ladd McConkey went from expected to play β active β questionable β OUT because of his foot injury. It's particularly concerning given the progression from Wednesday's injury to Thursday's DNP/limp and Friday's limited work without receiver drills. (Ian Rapoport; Adam Schefter; Chargers; Curtis Crabtree)
- Kimani Vidal scored amid continued questions about how this committee will shake out.
- Justin Herbert struggled badly early, going 4-of-12 for 34 yards and two interceptions before halftime before later losing the game on a strip sack.
β Dallas Cowboys
- Dak Prescott had his throwing hand wrapped after taking a cleat to it, but said afterward that he was fine. (Calvin Watkins; Nick Harris)
- π€― CeeDee Lamb saw TWENTY-ONE targets and finished with 17 catches for 189 yards and a touchdown.
- Javonte Williams scored three touchdowns. Quite the fantasy day.
π½ New York Giants
- π Jameis Winston threw three touchdowns, telling Jordan Raanan afterward that the performance restored some confidence after he had doubts the previous week.
- J.J. McCarthy was active as the third quarterback. Ryan Dunleavy discussed the possibility of short-yardage packages, but there was no confirmed usage plan.
- β οΈ Malik Nabers made a deep catch and scored but landed hard on his right shoulder. Mueller discussed recurrence risk, but there wasn't a new team-confirmed diagnosis.
π¦
Philadelphia Eagles
- π¨ Saquon Barkley was ruled out with a hamstring injury after limping off, visiting the medical tent and going to the locker room. (Olivia Reiner; Tim McManus; Zach Berman; Adam Schefter; Ian Rapoport)
- There was at least one encouraging postgame development: Barkley was reportedly seen walking normally leaving the stadium, although Philadelphia had no immediate timetable.
- Tank Bigsby was also assisted to the medical tent late. Medical interpretation raised hip/groin concern, but no diagnosis was confirmed.
- π DeVonta Smith may remain sidelined into Week 5, with Mike Garafolo describing him as at best questionable and potentially facing a multi-game absence. Dontayvion Wicks and Makai Lemon remain opportunity names to watch.
- Lane Johnson was inactive, and with Fred Johnson also out, rookie Markel Bell started at right tackle. Philadelphia finished 0-for-12 on third down, while Jalen Hurts completed just 12 of 27 passes. (Adam Schefter; Mike Clay)
- Tanner McKee moved into the QB2 role, with Andy Dalton serving as the emergency quarterback. (Mike Garafolo)
π Los Angeles Rams
- Puka Nacua was active with NO intended workload restriction, according to Adam Schefter, while Jay Glazer described him as having zero limitations. That's an important clarification after concerns about a possible snap count.
- π₯ Kyren Williams handled 26 touches, caught 10 passes and finished with 146 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns.
- With Colby Parkinson inactive, Tyler Higbee was expected to handle extensive work and carried streaming appeal. (Nate Atkins)
πΎ Carolina Panthers
- Jalen Coker went from questionable β unlikely to play β inactive because of his quad injury. (Adam Schefter; Panthers)
- π Mike Kaye highlighted Carolina's productive TE bootleg concepts and thought Tommy Tremble could be busy, while Darren Waller also had an opportunity to help replace some of the missing receiving production.
- Tetairoa McMillan was another name projected for increased volume, though that was an analyst expectation rather than reported usage.
π΄ββ οΈ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- π¨ Baker Mayfield's dislocated thumb is expected to sideline him 3β6 weeks, depending largely on when he can comfortably grip the football. (Adam Schefter)
- Jalon Daniels became the first rookie quarterback to start this season.
- π Sean Tucker received goal-line work and scored, while Kenny Gainwell also found the end zone. Meanwhile, Bucky Irving didn't score. If Tucker maintains that goal-line role while Daniels starts, that's something Irving managers need to monitor.
- Some caution is needed with Emeka Egbuka until Mayfield returns, although that's a value assessment rather than a reported role reduction.
π¦ Detroit Lions
- Sam LaPorta and Detroit have broken off contract negotiations after weeks of discussions failed to produce an agreement. LaPorta is currently on course to reach free agency in 2027. (Ian Rapoport; Adam Schefter)
π΅ Arizona Cardinals
- π Jeremiyah Love opened with six carries for 43 yards, but Tyler Allgeier received a 22-yard touchdown run. Love also discussed the challenge of managing the workload of what could be the longest season of his career. (PHNX Cardinals)
- There was some concern about Love's lower leg/calf based on his movement, but he received five second-half touches and interacted normally after the game. Mueller leaned toward cramping rather than a significant injury, but there is no confirmed diagnosis.
- π Marvin Harrison Jr. is a trade candidate to monitor, according to Adam Schefter. Buffalo and Kansas City landing spots were analyst speculationβnot reported negotiations.
- Harrison also caught an early touchdown Sunday.
π San Francisco 49ers
- Mike Evans was active despite his fractured ribs. Ian Rapoport and Jay Glazer reported optimism entering the game; concerns about reduced effectiveness or decoy usage were analyst interpretation rather than a confirmed restriction.
- π¨ Kyle Juszczyk was ruled out with a knee injury. (Adam Schefter) Mueller interpreted the play as a hyperextension but stressed that the actual severity remained unknown.
- San Francisco entered the day having not allowed a sack through its first four games, a notable protection trend for Brock Purdy.
- Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel and George Kittle all scored, with Kittle taking a screen 56 yards to the house.
π Seattle Seahawks
- π Joe Mixon is expected to visit Seattle, according to Jay Glazer. The captured reports disagreed on whether the visit was Sunday or sometime during the upcoming week, so the exact timing remains unresolved.
- Rashid Shaheed scored on a 28-yard carry out of the backfield, while Emanuel Wilson later broke a 23-yard touchdown run.
- π Wilson continues to draw multi-week add consideration, while Zach Charbonnet remains an intriguing stash whose value could rise as he ramps back up. That's fantasy projection rather than a team-announced hierarchy.
π Trade Watch
- Jerry Jeudy and Tony Pollard were also identified by Adam Schefter as potential trade candidates to monitor. These are names to watchβnot reports that deals are imminent.
