Week 8 is here, and the final injury reports are rolling in! We've got major returns, surprising absences, shifting backfields, and several matchups that could make a difference for fantasy managers this weekend.

Let's get into it!

🌵 Arizona Cardinals

  • Michael Wilson / Tyler Allgeier: Both cleared against Dallas after dealing with rib and toe injuries, respectively. (Josh Weinfuss; Theo Mackie)

🍑 Atlanta Falcons

  • Brian Robinson Jr.: Ruled out against Tampa Bay with a hamstring injury. (Will McFadden; Adam Schefter)
  • Bijan Robinson: Rushed for 355 yards over the last four weeks, third most in the league.

🐦‍⬛ Baltimore Ravens

  • Lamar Jackson: He's back! Jackson will start Sunday against Buffalo after missing three games with a high ankle sprain. Practiced fully Friday and carries no injury designation, although he acknowledged manageable pain when planting his foot. (Jesse Minter; Jamison Hensley; Ian Rapoport)
  • Vega Ioane: Ruled out Sunday while recovering from an MCL sprain. (Adam Schefter)

🦬 Buffalo Bills

  • DJ Moore / Dalton Kincaid: Both questionable against Baltimore. Moore is dealing with a shoulder injury, while Kincaid has a chest issue. Kincaid reportedly feels confident about playing. (Katherine Fitzgerald; Jeremy Fowler)
  • James Cook: Excellent matchup against Baltimore! Cook averages 5.36 yards per carry and 5.93 against boxes with seven or fewer defenders. Baltimore uses those lighter boxes on 75% of plays, the highest rate in the league.

🐾 Carolina Panthers

  • Bryce Young: Playing through a left-knee injury that Dave Canales believes could be affecting his mobility. Carolina's struggling offensive line isn't helping matters. (Dave Canales; Mike Kaye)
  • Chuba Hubbard: Workhorse performance Thursday! Finished with 29 touches, seven receptions, 119 scrimmage yards, and a touchdown against Green Bay. (Sleeper)
  • Coaching Changes: Carolina fired defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero and defensive pass-game coordinator Jonathan Cooley following its 27–19 loss to Green Bay. Todd Wash takes over as interim defensive coordinator. (Jeremy Fowler; Adam Schefter; Ian Rapoport)
  • Jackson Powers-Johnson: Carolina has been mentioned as a potential trade destination for the Raiders offensive lineman. (John Frascella citing @SirrPurrSource)

🐻 Chicago Bears

  • Kyle Monangai: Missed Friday's practice with thumb and toe injuries ahead of Monday's game. (Kevin Fishbain; RotoWire)
  • Colston Loveland: Limited Friday with a neck injury. (Kevin Fishbain; RotoWire)
  • Luther Burden / Rome Odunze / Colston Loveland: With Caleb Williams at quarterback, Burden has 320 receiving yards and a TD, Odunze has 203 yards and no TDs, and Loveland has 137 yards and two TDs. Loveland has produced 134 of those yards over the last two weeks. (Fantasy Points Data; Sleeper)

🐅 Cincinnati Bengals

  • Tee Higgins: Juicy matchup against Tennessee! Higgins lines up outside on 87% of routes and averages 2.83 yards per route run. Tennessee allows the highest target-per-route rate to outside receivers in the league.

  • Jaylen Waddle: Questionable against Kansas City with a chest injury. (Denver Broncos; Adam Schefter)
  • J.K. Dobbins: Harvey's absence creates additional backfield opportunity. Dobbins recently recorded his fewest carries as a Bronco, making his workload alongside Jonah Coleman worth monitoring. (Zac Stevens; 32BeatWriters)

  • Jahmyr Gibbs / Amon-Ra St. Brown: Both cleared against Minnesota! Gibbs is off the injury report following his shoulder issue, while St. Brown is cleared after an ankle injury. (Detroit Lions; Adam Schefter)
  • Jahmyr Gibbs: Interesting historical matchup against Brian Flores' Vikings. Gibbs has a 43% route share and 36% pass-protection rate across six meetings, compared with 58% and 12% in his other 53 games. Minnesota's pressure schemes could limit his receiving opportunities.

🧀 Green Bay Packers

  • Christian Watson: What a performance and what a scare! Watson went to the hospital for evaluation, returned to the game, and later said he suffered a broken rib and coughed up blood. Dynasty Angle

Welcome to Angle Ranks. My name is MK. I live on the outskirts of Charlotte, North Carolina. I'm married, and I have a 6-year-old who keeps me very busy. My love of sports actually started with soccer- played all throughout high school. That was the first sport I really fell in love with. Then when I moved to the States at the age of 16, I watched football for the first time in Spokane, Washington. The Seahawks became my team pretty quickly, and I never really looked back. I started playing fantasy football in 2008, and over time that turned into playing keeper leagues and then becoming a total dynasty nerd. I love the team-building side, the long-term strategy, rookie evaluation, trade markets, player value, really all of it. That's what pulled me into creating content. One fun fact- My son and I share the same birthday and I'm trying my hardest to make him a Seahawks fan too! I built this site because I've always hated trying to make fantasy rankings on generic tier-builder sites. They're clunky, the player pools are outdated, the images aren't fantasy-specific, and I've watched all my favorite content creators constantly fighting the tool instead of just making clean rankings. I wanted something built specifically for our fantasy football space. I hope you find it useful- it's built to help you get organized, but also to get creative. I'm always open to feedback, so if something feels clunky or you've got an idea to make it better, let me know. This site is for you as much as it's for me.
